Good morning friends! This week's workout is going to get you outside (into hopefully cooler air) & get your core fired up! You will start with a mile run 🏃‍♀️(or about 10 minutes) & then into 2 rounds of plank holds with squats and pushups! Have fun and let us know how It goes! XO, L&C 💗
